Are model costs included?

Yes. The query count on each tier covers managed LLM inference, embeddings and retrieval. Above the included volume we resell at-cost — no markup. You see a transparent line item every month.

Where is data stored?

All customer data is stored in your selected cloud region. EU customers get an EU region by default with EU-only model endpoints. Enterprise customers can pin storage and inference to additional regions.

Can we self-host?

Enterprise customers can deploy Aicomlogic inside their own cloud account using our infrastructure-as-code templates. We still operate it, but the data and compute live in your tenant.

What about EU AI Act compliance?

Aicomlogic tracks model usage, classifies workflows by risk tier and produces evidence bundles for AI Act and DORA reporting. Available on Pro and Enterprise.
